Establishment of Kan Network Co., Ltd. (currently Radish Boya)

Became a consolidated subsidiary of Q'sai Co., Ltd. via transfer of shares

Company name changed to Radish Boya Co., Ltd.
Feb. 2006
Via MBO (Management Buy-out), became independent of Q'sai Co., Ltd.

Became a consolidated subsidiary of NTT DOCOMO Co., Ltd. (* Concomitant delisting)

Daichi

Aug. 1975
Daichi-wo-mamoru-shimin-no-kai was established by chairman Toshio Fujimoto. (Currently Daichi-wo-mamorukai).
Dec. 1987
Established Fruits Basket Ltd. in order to solve the problem of food waste in Kannami city in Shizuoka district.
Jul. 2010
Opened a new store called “Daichi-wo-mamoru Deli” in Ecute Tokyo Ekichika Tokyo station
May. 2013
Established a partnership with Lawson Ltd.
May. 2015
Expanded the range of delivery from Tokyo to Nation wide.
